    To ensure we give the best service possible, all clients are required to complete a complementary 15 minute consultation, prior to booking therapy sessions. This is to confirm that we are the best fit for your needs and to answer any questions you may have.

  • Your next step

    Following your complimentary call, our team will provisionally book in your assessment session.

    You will be sent an invoice and your appointment will be confirmed, once payment has been received. You will also receive a text reminder, 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    Once confirmed and prior to your appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email with some documentation to fill out and return to us.

  • Your final step

    Prior to your appointment, you will be sent a link to join your remote session, via text or email. You will also receive a text reminder, 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    During this session, the clinician will review your documentation and discuss your bespoke treatment plan.

  • Continuing your journey...

    You will then begin your therapy journey with us and can book in subsequent sessions. Your clinician will advise you on the amount of time that is mutually beneficial for you (keep in mind 6-8 weeks is usually the minimum amount to be effective). You can choose to pay weekly or in a block, the choice is yours.
